Educational Assistance

Every child deserves the bright flame of education to light their path forward. We’ve seen too many young dreams dimmed by poverty and lack of opportunity. That’s why we open our doors wide, welcoming children from underprivileged families with warm hearts and patient hands. Education isn’t just about books—it’s about hope, dignity, and breaking cycles of hardship. We believe when one child learns, an entire family rises.

Free Coaching for Children

Our hearts ache seeing children who are students of Government Bengali Medium Schools in Kholaghata struggling with basics. Many can’t read properly, stumble with simple math—not because they lack intelligence, but because they lack support. Our volunteers have started coaching classes at free cost for them. They sit beside them, patiently explaining concepts until confusion turns to clarity. Over 100 children now smile confidently in their classrooms, no longer afraid to raise their hands. Sometimes all a child needs is someone who believes in them.

Spiritual Education

In our beautiful, diverse nation, we’re watching hearts grow distant as people cling too tightly to religious differences. Children grow up learning to see “us” versus “them” instead of simply “us.” We gather students from all backgrounds, teaching them that love, kindness, and humanity are the real religion. When two friends from different religions help each other, when they pray together for peace—that’s when we know we’re nurturing souls, not just minds. We organize a program ‘33 Koti+  Deb Debir Utsho Sondhane,’ to raise awareness among people. We emphasize that we do not prioritize any single religion but honor the power of one Almighty God—known by many names, yet always one.

Educational Tours

Learning goes beyond the classroom. Naibadya organizes educational tours for children, giving them a chance to explore the world outside books. These trips are both fun and enriching. They bring new experiences, build friendships, and broaden knowledge. Whether it’s a science center, museum, or historical site, every destination has something to teach. The tours help children connect learning with real life, making education more exciting and meaningful for their young minds. Learning happens best when it feels like adventure, and every child deserves to explore the world with curious, joyful eyes.

Book Distribution

Books open doors to imagination, knowledge, and hope. Every child deserves the right tools to learn, and books are the first step. During our school books distribution drive, we provide essential textbooks, notebooks, and stationery to children who cannot afford them. Seeing their eager faces and grateful smiles reminds us why we do this work. These books aren’t just academic materials—they’re tickets to opportunity, confidence, and a better tomorrow for every child we reach.

Health Awareness Camp

Our health awareness camps focus on building healthier communities through education and early intervention. We conduct basic health check-ups, distribute hygiene kits, and host informative sessions on nutrition, cleanliness, and disease prevention. These camps especially benefit those who lack regular medical access. It’s our way of ensuring that knowledge and care reach every home—because being healthy isn’t a luxury, it’s a right everyone deserves to have.

Tailoring Classes

Naibadya is committed to empowering women through skill-building. Our tailoring classes aim to make women financially independent and self-reliant. We teach them how to sew, stitch, and make clothes, helping them gain confidence and creativity. So far, over 250 women have been trained, and more than 50 have started their own small tailoring businesses. This initiative gives them not just income but dignity and a sense of purpose. It’s a journey toward true empowerment.

Drawing Classes

Our drawing classes bring smiles to children’s faces. It’s their happy time—full of colors, imagination, and creativity. Under the patient guidance of our art teacher, they learn to draw, paint, and express their inner world on paper. We encourage every child who shows interest in art, nurturing their talent gently. These classes are not just about art—they’re about joy, expression, and freedom. They also help children relax and grow emotionally through creative engagement.

Remembering the Legends

We honor the birth and death anniversaries of India’s great personalities—freedom fighters, poets, leaders, and thinkers. These celebrations are more than events; they are opportunities to pass on the values and teachings of our national legends to the younger generation. Children learn about their contributions, sacrifices, and inspiring lives. Through storytelling, songs, and speeches, we keep their legacy alive and sow the seeds of patriotism, respect, and responsibility in our students’ hearts.
